Designing a piece of jewellery is as exotic as it is absurd.
No brief.
No defined form.
No budget.
No deadline.
No client.
No guarantee it will ever come to life — or even be desired.

There is no body the piece will inhabit.
No scale to constrain it.
No function to justify it.

Designing this “jewel” is, therefore, a purely speculative gesture.
An exercise in total freedom — and thus, almost unsustainable.
