On an apparently empty, longitudinal plot, a three-bedroom single-family house is proposed, based on a model we have been exploring and developing.

The programme is organised according to a clear and functional logic: bedrooms are arranged on one side, living areas on the other, the car remains outside, and circulation is reduced to the bare essentials.

The house is conceived as a lightweight structure — almost a habitable porch — where a sequence of spaces is arranged internally. The design draws inspiration from vernacular architecture, with particular attention to the placement of simple, lightweight structures on flat terrain, built on a single level using standard materials and accessible construction techniques.

The proposal thus seeks a balance between functional rationality, constructive lightness, and rootedness in the logic of traditional architecture.
